Upon approval, we will refund the purchase price minus any shipping and handling fees. Return

shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be issued to the

original payment method.

2. Breakthrough Session Guarantee

Our breakthrough sessions are designed to ignite real change. If you complete a full 60-minute Breakthrough Session and feel you did not receive clarity or a written plan to succeed in your stated goal, you are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee.

Conditions:

- You must request the refund within 24 hours of your session.

- You must demonstrate that you were present and fully participated in the session.

- Refunds will not be granted for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled

time.

Only one refund request per client is permitted across all services. Abuse of the guarantee may result in disqualification from future services.

3. Coaching Programs & Payment Policy

3.1 Binding Agreement

By signing up for any coaching container or package--including our 3-month programs--you agree to the full financial responsibility for the entire duration of the package. Your contract becomes binding upon signature or payment initiation.

3.2 Refund Policy for Coaching Packages

- You may request a full refund after your first session only, provided your request is made within 24 hours of that session and you communicate your reasons in writing.

- After the first session, the package is non-refundable in full.

3.3 Early Termination Policy

If a client chooses to terminate their coaching agreement before the contract end date:

- They remain legally responsible for paying the full amount for that current month, plus one additional month's fee.

- This compensates for the time, energy, and strategic investment the coach (Jacob) has dedicated to their growth and success.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services without refund. We reserve the right to pursue unpaid balances through collection methods, including legal action, and the client agrees to pay all related legal fees, costs, and interest on unpaid balances.

4. General Terms

4.1 Confidentiality

All coaching sessions and client communications are confidential. We hold your personal breakthroughs and business goals sacred. Any recordings or notes taken are for internal use only and will not be shared without your written consent, unless required by law.

4.2 Intellectual Property

All planners, coaching frameworks, and tools provided by Living Leadership International remain the intellectual property of the Company. You may use them for personal growth and leadership only. Redistribution, duplication, reproduction, resale, or commercial use without express written permission is strictly prohibited and enforceable by law.

4.3 Legal Disclaimer

Coach Jacob is not a licensed financial advisor, therapist, or medical professional. All coaching and planning tools are intended for educational, inspirational, and developmental purposes only.

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and agree:

- You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

- You will not hold Living Leadership International, Jacob Metzger, or any of its agents liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

- While support, clarity, and strategy are provided, the client is responsible for applying the tools, doing the work, and following through in order to achieve desired results.

- No professional advice (legal, medical, or financial) is provided. You agree to consult with licensed professionals where appropriate.

- Services are provided "as-is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in the state of Oregon, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own legal fees.
